Who we are
JellyStorm provides software and website design and development services in Northern Ireland. For data protection purposes, JellyStorm is the controller of personal information collected through this website and through direct business enquiries.

When you use our enquiry form or contact us directly, we may collect your name, work email address, organisation, the service you are interested in and the information you include in your message. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser type, timestamps and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.
How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project.
- To take steps you request before entering into a contract, and to deliver an agreed contract.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and communications.
- To maintain appropriate business, legal and security records.
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating a secure, effective business. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and correspondence information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, and applicable legal, accounting or security requirements. We periodically review information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
Who we share it with
We use carefully selected service providers to operate the website and email service. These currently include Vercel for website hosting and aggregated, cookie-free website analytics, Resend for website-form email delivery and Zoho for business email. They process information only to provide their services to us and may process data outside the UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to professional advisers, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing, or receive certain information in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. Email hello@jellystorm.co.uk and we will consider your request.
